Joe Holt and Emily Anderson / Mackenzie Shivers

Since graduating from Berklee College of Music in 2015, Joe has spent his time recording original music and touring, bringing his intricate fingerstyle guitar and intimate storytelling to new audiences across America. His new album “Tired of Trying” was heralded as “stirring, poignant songwriting” by Obscure Sound, and "the real deal in folk songwriting” by Ear to the Ground. With credits including opening for Steve Forbert and Parker Millsap, and playing legendary stages like The Bluebird Cafe (Nashville), The Whisky A Go Go (Los Angeles), and The Bitter End (NYC), Joe aims to validate NPR’s 2020 claim that “Joe Holt continues to use his first-person perspective for good.”

Like stumbling into a rose garden on a trek through the arctic, listeners of Emily Anderson’s music find themselves helplessly lifted into a world so hauntingly familiar, and yet so enchantingly curious. Alaska grown and LA based, Anderson has recently released a sophomore record, “Salt & Water”. Her single “Gold” was featured in a national Miller Lite campaign and a number of her works have been featured in video games (Calico, The Stars Between Us). Her music is akin to Regina Spektor ruminating over coffee with Phoebe Bridgers. “Salt & Water” is available for streaming and download everywhere you get your music.

Mackenzie Shivers invites you into her world and empowers your soul. The Woodstock, NY-based singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist began writing music and playing piano when she was four years old, telling her mother she had music inside of her that “needed to come out.” Always at the mercy of the muse inside, Shivers has continued honing her craft ever since. Her 2021 release Rejection Letter, deemed “a masterpiece” by KUTX, combines a cinematic landscape with intimate, compelling sincerity. Shivers takes each sound, each vocal utterance, and nurtures them in their simplest form. Like all true artists, her sound is constantly evolving yet instantly recognizable. Listening to her work leaves you with no doubt that you’ve entered the vibrant and imaginative world of its creator.
