  • Shiso/Hibiscus/Cumin - Ingredients: green cabbage, shiso, hibiscus, sunflower seeds, cumin seeds, barberry, himalayan salt. A house favorite. Inspired by my travels and my dreams. Unique flavor union and a great source of potentiated plant protein on top of your daily dose of probiotics.

  • Cucumber/Kombu - Ingredients: cucumber, napa cabbage, rainbow carrot, kombu, ginger + garlic, aleppo pepper, jalapeño pepper, himalayan salt. A little kick, a lot of tang. Kombu (and extra ginger) makes this ferment + brine extra healing for the gut thanks to natural mucilage.

  • Kimchi/Kraut - Ingredients: green + savoy cabbage, rainbow carrots, watermelon radish, chiogga beet, garlic mustard, field onions, garlic, ginger + forsythia blossom, himalayan salt. Cultivated and wild ingredients come together in this nutritive powerhouse that is satisfyingly tangy, salty, sweet and a little bitter & earthy too.   • Corriander lactofermented garlic mustard ($11/8oz jar) - Overabundant/underutilized (invasive) garlic mustard is an essential spring green filled with minerals and vitamins to help your body out of it’s winter stagnation and depletion. These brine-y florets pack a salty punch and taste like a cross between capers and green olives.   Brine makes for the best probiotic dirty martinis
